From humble beginnings approx. 30 years ago, we have evolved
into a mixed club with a current and expanding membership of some 40 runners located on the south side of Belfast @ Dub Lane,
Upper Malone Road.
From this location we are privileged to have the Lagan Towpath
and Belvoir Forest as our training backdrop during Spring, Summer and Autumn. In keeping with most other clubs during
the winter months we redress our weekday routines to nearby roads while maintaining the Belvoir Forest/Towpath combination
on Sundays........
If you are new to the area or indeed a visitor with an interest
in running you are most welcome to join us on one of our training routines. Running abilities within the club are of a varied
nature and those who come along on a first-time basis will find a level to suit their individual capabilities.
